Returns & Refund Policy

Exchange / Return:	To ensure that we provide the best service to our customers, all your purchases from Novimed store are subject to exchange and return within 7 days from the date they reach you. Only valid on non-discounted items. All you have to do is:
Condition of Product:	Ensure that it remains in its original condition and unsued.
Action	Communicate with customer service. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

	Replacement and Return Policies and Terms:
Coverage of Products	The exchange and return policy includes all non-discounted Novimed store products.
Wrong Delivery	In the event that a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an improper condition, the Novimed store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
Return / Exchange	In the event that you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, Novimed store does not bear any shipping costs incurred.
Return with Vouchers	The customer is not entitled to a cash refund in exchange for returning the products that he obtained through purchasing with free vouchers, as he will be compensated with other vouchers, with the customer entitled to a refund of the cash amount paid only.
Vouchers Redemption	In the event that the customer receives a free credit or a voucher for free purchases, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
Refund (Cash Orders)	Novimed store returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer's account in the store as soon as the returned shipments arrive at the store, or it sends the amount back to the customer's account in a period of no less than a week after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.
Refund (Online Payments)	In the event that the customer purchases products using Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be made by returning the payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card with which the purchase was made, and the recovery period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service.
Return (Orders with Free Shipping)	In the event that the customer receives free shipping for his purchase of products whose value exceeds (AED 250), and he wishes to return the products, the Novimed store has the right to recalculate the cost of free shipping.
